One Point Perspective

a day in the life of...

Really.  I don’t.  Ok.  Well… it’s hard to refuse a really fun comission.  Just don’t you call me a nature photographer.  This is just the beginning of exploration of a piece that is going to grace a large wall.  The final work will either be 6’x9′ or 12’x9′.  I think I’m gonna need a bigger printer……much bigger….

Obligatory Forest Scene

Sky….but not

Ahh the glamorous life….I spent my Friday night shooting interiors with Jay Koback and Al Feisel from Gensler Chicago. We managed to get 5 shots between 4 pm and 1 am…. that’s under 2 hours/shot…..nice. The space is in the old Montgomery Wards warehouse building and the job is remarkably clean for something bordering on industrial….sort of modernism meets urban renewal. We’re heading back to finish tomorrow morning, so I’ve got just a little time for a nightcap and some Olympics…. buenas noches people…
