A Day In The Life
Ahh the glamorous life….I spent my Friday night shooting interiors with Jay Koback and Al Feisel from Gensler Chicago. We managed to get 5 shots between 4 pm and 1 am…. that’s under 2 hours/shot…..nice. The space is in the old Montgomery Wards warehouse building and the job is remarkably clean for something bordering on industrial….sort of modernism meets urban renewal. We’re heading back to finish tomorrow morning, so I’ve got just a little time for a nightcap and some Olympics…. buenas noches people…

Photographing 111 South Wacker
This self assigned project is proving to be harder than I expected. I want to get a complete body out of this, one of my favorite buildings in Chicago by Goettsch Partners. It’s not so easy to get at a 53 story tall building in the middle of The Loop.
